Today went in for a few birthday items. The male representative was awesome. The other female representative was great. These 2 other women was staring and making rude faces towards me. Leaving out the store they moved towards the outside window to watch me walk away. I drove out the parking lot towards the store to see them watching me and staring with a nasty look on their faces. I'm a very blessed woman and I am very thankful for change.

Concetta (Benefit Brow specialist) is the absolute best at what she does! I’ve been going to her to do my eyebrows for two years and have recommended her to many. She’s very knowledgeable and extremely friendly and approachable! I have never left her chair disappointed and she has always made sure of that; if you’re looking to get your eyebrows done, i highly recommend Concetta!

I’m not sure the names of the employees who were working today 8/11/25 within the last hour of the store being open. But you guys are absolutely wonderful!! Hands down the best customer service i’ve ever seen. They went above and beyond. A younger gentleman helped me out, realized i was a little nervous and we had a little conversation and he was so nice!
