Needs to do better at updating their online system. It will say things are in stock and can be ordered for same day pick up, just for that to not be true. Their employee that “looked” for my shade in a drawer let me know they were doing inventory, but I didn’t see anyone that looked like that’s what they were working on. The unprofessionalism was uncanny. I went to the salon for a consultation and one of the workers was walking around with dye in her hair. And when I was seeking advice she wouldn’t know how to answer me. I had extensions placed and the way she placed them in my hair was crooked causing tons on hair breakage. Which was so ironic because she only installed the top row. The whole time she’s applying my extensions she’s pointing out how poorly the bottom two rows are installed. Aesthetician was wonderful. Good results. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. My problem was with the process. This location has been unable to tint eyebrows for at least a few days, I was able to schedule this service. So now I have blonde eyebrows waxed but no tints. The payment process was like a flash back to JC Penney 1997. You had to check out at the front, which means getting in line (no issue).
