I drove all the way from San Jose because my friend’s wedding was nearby, and I wanted to have my makeup professionally done for the occasion. This rating is to the manager, Abby, and her attitude towards people that do not look like her. Ulta should recognize how uncomfortable and disturbing it is to be stared at and followed even when one clearly demonstrates they are here as a customer and not as the stereotype ineptly developed in Abby’s mind. Needs to do better at updating their online system. It will say things are in stock and can be ordered for same day pick up, just for that to not be true. Their employee that “looked” for my shade in a drawer let me know they were doing inventory, but I didn’t see anyone that looked like that’s what they were working on. Mind you the store was not busy when I came in. The employee also had a crappy attitude, and tbh lost a sale for this location.
