I feel like I was failed today as a person with 4c textured hair. I paid $69 in cash for them just to play with my hair. The time said approximately 2 hours and 30 min, I ended up spending 6 hours in the chair to come out with the same hairstyle I entered the appointment with additional steps same exactly style. I requested perm rods for my textured hair set appointment. And they spent 4 hours drying my hair which eventually created flakes in my hair. the salon in the back is awful. incredibly unprofessional. the tech i had was very unskilled. also the salon was very dirty. the towels smelled strongly of mildew. I will never go back.
