Kaitlin went above and beyond to help me . This is my 2-3rd time in this store and the ladies have always been so helpful and friendly. I spent over $450 because I left my makeup bag at my house in lake arrowhead and didn’t want to drive up to get it so I needed new stuff anyway. I hope they get commission.

Deceptive advertising for Ulta world. Bad look Ulta. All the dirt is coming out of how you mislead the public thinking they could have a chance to get a ticket to Ulta world.

I came to get my sister makeup for the first time and do some Christmas shopping and this lady was following us around. I noticed she got closer and closer each time and she asked if I needed a bag and I respectfully declined because I was going to check out after looking at the lipglosses. Then she continued standing right next to me and continued to ask me if I needed a bag and then I told her to leave us alone because we just wanted to shop in peace and we were leaving to the check out anyways. This location is filthy just dirty. And messy the makeup was all over the place. The lipstick testers were disgusting. The employees should be cleaning constantly and consistently instead of standing around talking to each other. And why are the lights always out?
