I came to get my sister makeup for the first time and do some Christmas shopping and this lady was following us around. I noticed she got closer and closer each time and she asked if I needed a bag and I respectfully declined because I was going to check out after looking at the lipglosses. This location is filthy just dirty. And messy the makeup was all over the place. The lipstick testers were disgusting. The employees should be cleaning constantly and consistently instead of standing around talking to each other. And why are the lights always out?

I had such a great experience at the Ulta Salon! I originally booked with Lorraine for an all-over color, but when we realized she doesn’t do vivids, she went out of her way to accommodate me and helped rebook my appointment with Kristina. Both of them were so kind and professional throughout the entire process. Kristina did my vivid purple color, and I am so happy with how it turned out!
