Im very disappointed I have never had a bad experience here and I decided to take my daughter for a back to school haircut which I had a appointment on Sunday, at 1pm. we werent seen until 1:30 which is ok I understood that the stylist was finishing up with another customer. I don't really write reviews for places, but I went in yesterday to get some soaps and such, and there was this worker Kiah who was super nice! Helped me with redeeming my birthday reward, and helped me and my partner with rewards at checkout. Super super sweet person, making my experience the most fun and pleasant I've ever had at an Ulta. Five stars for Kiah!!!
Oh, gosh. The stylist Rosaesila is not good. I asked her to cut my hair for a bob style she did cut it but a layer instead of a bob. I even showed her the photo that I wanted. She's upset because I am complaining she just cut my hair without even making it wet just a little. She cut it dry. I mean I cut my daughters hair. I always make it wet just to make it even.
