I was shopping today and I had almost 6 employees following me around the store just starring at me and asking me if I was doing okay. I didn’t think anything of it at first.. but After the 6th person asked me if I was okay I knew at that point they probably thought I was stealing. Mind you, each person that came up to me was near the prior employee that had asked me the same question just before them. I used to love shopping at Ulta. Actually I still do just not this Location. I was just browsing items and they had like three employees following me profiling me like I was going to shoplift something. It made me really upset because I shopped at Ulta a lot and my first time at this location definitely will be my last. The employees were very rude. I couldn’t believe they treated me like that. Big change haircut from past my shoulders to short pixie cut. My hair is a challenge- very fine and sortof thin, but elite stylist Fani did a great job sculpting in layers to maximize fullness. A little pricey, compared to my usual "SuperCuts" visits, but well worth it to have the personal, custom experience that Ultra provides. Of course it has a huge selection of makeup, and scenty things, as well as great hair products that my stylist was happy to help me understand.
