I went to Ulta on 1/2/2026. I was there while my friend’s daughter was getting her hair cut and tinsel added. During that time, my daughter decided she wanted a haircut with tinsel as well. Mia said a coworker could squeeze her in. I accepted and immediately regretted it. The stylist, Melody, was clearly irritated about having to do the service. I would not recommend anyone to get your hair cut or styled by this place. The whole staff was awkward and judgmental because i am a guy who wanted to get a haircut and a keratin treatment. The young lady who cut my hair was new and said she had never done a keratin treatment before, of course she didn’t know what she was doing and as a result now half of my head is curly and the other half is straight, so now I have to cut my hair short. Cashiers not trained well be mindful as they check you out they had to do my transaction 3 times before getting it right I ended up just retuning my items smh .
