No greetings when I came in, even though there were several employees milling around near the entrance. I guess they were too busy giggling among themselves. When I asked the location of a product, the salesperson behind the counter couldn't be bothered to look up. She just mumbled & pointed in the general direction of the item I was looking for. The salesperson who rang me up was unhappy-looking. Not exactly a great vibe at this location. At least, not today...
I spoke with an associate Taylor , she booked me an appointment for a trim whith a Veeva … I made it to the appointment in time , I sat on the stool in the waiting area . It was A lady folding towels and two others leaning on the counter talking… I finally asked if I was going to be helped . They let me know Veeva was on her lunch break .. I waited a while longer then I left , the store called ne to say she wasn’t even there … very unorganized and unprofessional . I won’t be returning to that location
