salon review I have had numerous color and haircuts at Ulta in Dublin. I have been VERY satisfied with the service and the stylists-they LISTEN to your requests/concerns. I would certainly recommend this salon.
Good prices and selection. So-so salon services. I like that Ulta has the latest and greatest drug store skincare and make-up and at prices that compete well with Target or Walmart. Their loyalty scheme rewards you with things you might actually want like a hair dryer or a flat iron. The haircare product selection is really worth seeing with good deals on big brands.
