I’m never asked if I need help. The cashiers are rude and customer service is non existent. I’ve come in here three times and I was treated poorly each time. I would cry racism but these people are just mean through and through. Sephora would never. Cutting my Ulta card as soon as I post this. Update: im going to contact the better business bureau

☆Mariah, with the colorful purple hair, helped me out in the most down to earth way only a real one could. I've gone to many beauty stores that carry fragrance and none actually carry Burberry Her Eau de Toilette like they claim. ☆Mariah went out of her way to make sure I was able to finally experience the scent. they completely understood where I was coming from on a human level. I WILL be back to purchase all thanks to ☆Mariah specifically. 🍐🍯🌼

I got to the mall at 8:30pm , the doors at the the mall were closed and I waited to see if anyone would come out and an Ulta employee came out around 8:45 maybe 8:50 and she said they were already closed. I couldn’t pick up my order I was calling too and nobody answered the phone

Joanna was so incredibly helpful and customer service oriented! She is very sweet and professional and really sets the standard here! She goes above and beyond for customers!

These stars are for Ericaa and Rosanne! Both of these ladies are so friendly and personable, and really know how to do their job. I've been seeing both of them for eyebrows and hair for the better part of a year now, and I've had zero complaints. Any feedback given is taken with grace, and they've recommended products for me based on concerns I have or had. I appreciate both of them and look forward to my appointments each time!
