I usually don’t go anywhere to get my hair cut because I’m scared to trust people but I took a chance here at Ulta this morning and was pleasantly impressed with the hospitality and service I received with Nanette. My hair was long and my layers had grown out and I told her I wanted a lot of layers with face framing pieces and she did exactly what I asked/showed her . For the first time ever shopping here- I had a great experience! Becca is so knowledgeable, friendly, and articulate. If you don't know where to start or are a dedicated beauty person, ask for her by name. This location typically has ratchet customer service. Countless experiences where the employees don't understand customer service. Rarely have I been asked if I needed help, literally since this location opened. Today was vastly different. I had a make up service on June 7th at this location for my son's wedding. The artist is Nanette. she is awesome and very experiences. We communicated a few minutes about what i like, and she delivers exactly what I have in mind. The makeup she applied are high end or quality brands and protects my skin. I made a last minutes appointment as my previous arrangement cancelled on me; so the finish time was very close to my event.
