Won’t be back for a hair cut
I had a make up service on June 7th at this location for my son's wedding. The artist is Nanette. She is awesome and very experienced. We communicated a few minutes about what i like, and she delivered exactly what I had in mind. The makeup she applied is high end or quality brand and protect my skin. I made a last minutes appointment as my previous arrangement cancelled on me; so the finish time was very close to my event. I would like to recognize Blanca and Shroom for there great team work at the Santa Rosa Ulta store. They both collaborated with me in finding the correct product to manage my daily skin care. Shroom was very transparent about her experience with what I was looking for. Shroom brought in Blanca who took the time to demonstrate and assist me in finding the correct solution/product line for my daily skin care. Thank you Blanca and Shroom EXCELLENT customer service!
Customer service is great and reduced the time I needed to be there.
