Terrible service. I am a DoorDash driver, and I received an order. I went to the store and asked the employees for help, but they refused to assist me. They said it was my job and that I should figure it out myself. But the thing is, I am also bringing profit to the store. And on top of that, there were three employees just standing around, doing absolutely nothing.
I come to Ulta all the time but decided to leave a review because Chelsea made my experience amazing recently! She is so kind and knowledgeable, helped me with all my questions and finding the right products for me. 5 star service!
