Great store with lots of variety, but horrible customer service. I walked in there fully intending to invest in a full skin care routine. I also had some makeup needs I would’ve liked to address. I wandered around for over five minutes, looking down the aisles till somebody finally asked me what I was looking for. you need to check some of your employees everytime i come here they all have attitude it’s like high school there, but i had went to grab a couple of stuff and jazmin checked me out and MANNN! the attitude was sooo gross and ugly! and im not suprised about all the previous reviews about how rude and disgusting they are
Made an appointment for hair services and this location opened 1 hour AFTER my appointment. So frustrating...
This is my favorite store ever! The wide variety of products, the ability to sample items before buying, and the wide range of prices makes it a very sought-after place. I love the cleanliness and organization and friendly, helpful staff members I always find what I come in for, whether it's a high-end perfume, or a cheap mascara. Ulta is the place to shop for all your beauty needs!
