Do not get your eyebrows waxed. This is the third time with the same waxer. I tell her NOT thin them out, leave them thick and clean them up. To leave hair if she needs to!!! What does she do. These workers are the rudest I have ever had at an Ulta. First the harass me and follow me around thinking I would steal then when I accept their help they pretty much avoid me cos I’m asking too many questions. Even at the cash register the girl kept trying to get me to buy more urban decay stuff cos of the promo they were having and when I said no her smile went away and she was just so monotoned and rude. Disgusting behavior.

I visited Ulta in Palmdale and experienced concerning behavior from staff. I wear sunglasses indoors due to light sensitivity, and multiple employees kept asking if I needed help within seconds of each other. Then, two employees took turns standing uncomfortably close to me, awkwardly staring at random products without touching them or even pretending to work.
