I asked a simple question about redeeming my birthday reward, since today is my birthday and was met with rude, condescending customer service when I asked for clarification. Ulta needs to do a better job and hire people who Actually like doing their job.

I visited Ulta Beauty recently and the store was extremely hot with little to no air conditioning. It was honestly uncomfortable to shop, and I almost felt like I was going to pass out. In a town where summer temperatures are regularly 90–100 degrees, this is not acceptable for customers or employees. I truly feel bad for the staff who have to work in those conditions all day. I hope management addresses the AC issue soon for everyone’s health and safety.

First time at the salon at Ulta. I selected Autumn and it was an amazing experience. She took a good amount of time to details. She was friendly and best of all she has a beautiful voice! Make sure she sings for you if you are lucky enough to get her. She is a amazing!

I went in during the evening last week, The cashier at the front was very informative and very sweet! Thank you Mya!! I’m taking off a star because the store never has what I really need. The cashier apologized and offered to get it shipped to my house but honestly I didn’t want to waste her time. Another reason for -1 star is because while I was checking out with Mya , I was able to over hear the other 2-3 associates behind her talking about personal problems to one another.
