I went to ulta the other day and I could not find anyone to help me shade match it was ridiculous… I finally found a employee and she was so sweet I can’t remember her name I think it might have been Alexia but she got me right!! She recommended so many products to me and even let me know what was safe for my daughter skin. I’m going out for Valentine’s Day and I know my makeup is going to look thank u alexia

Extremely disappointing haircut with Autumn. Truly one of the worst in my adult life. Not sure how cutting and thinning my hair made it more poofy and frizzy but it definitely did. Additionally, she asked if I wanted it blow dried, as I was sitting in her chair with my hair dripping wet and disheveled. I agreed which was my mistake. In previous haircuts at Ulta with different stylists, they blew dry it without even asking. When I got my bill, she added a $22 “styling fee” for the blow dry. The first time I came here, I hoped that the manager would review the attitude and way of treating customers with contempt of the staff on the right side of my direction who was cashing in and issuing a new card for me.
