Bianca did a fantastic job on my hair. I absolutely adore it, I'm definitely going to have her do it again. She was really understanding and super helpful. The minor issue: Bianca's assistant accidentally hit my head with the blow dryer. Her assistant was just blowing my hair before Bianca styled it and finished up my hair.

Was grabbing sponge testers to color match myself ( no one bothered to greet me or to color match me btw) and was told i couldnt grab any testers from the Clinique counter… mind you i work at an Ulta myself and have visited others and I have never been told this? I guess they like to make up rules here! And they werent special Clinque sponges either, they were the same ones at all locations… The funny thing is that absolutely no one was at the Clinique counter, not even the lady that was supposed to be working it. I'd rather have kiosk than the sullen employees at this store. I ask for a specific product and cashier just stands there like her mind is just taken a hit of 🪴 who hires these people? then she directs me to the wrong product. No wonder online shopping is so popular!

I was blessed by Emily. She went out of her way to help me color match with a perfect foundation and concealer on the first try. She was patient, kind and super sweet. I left feeling emotional and confident because she was empathetic and not judgemental but very informative and helpful. An angel at the right time. Ulta has an asset for an employee in Emily. I am so glad I walked into that store and will definitely not only recommend Emily to family and friends but will go back when I need more help. Thank you, Emily and Ulta... read more

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I was very clear that I wanted to cover my highlights and return to my natural color. Instead of listening, the stylist told me I “wasn’t ready” for that, even though it’s my hair and my decision. In the end, my hair still had visible streaks of the highlights I specifically asked to cover. On top of that, the haircut was awful and uneven. I left feeling frustrated and unhappy, especially after being so clear about what I wanted from the start. I would not recommend this stylist... read more
