“This is the worst haircut I’ve ever had in my life am feeling so sad
This is the worst location. No one smiles or offers to help they actually avoid you and it happens every time. The most recent time I went I wasn’t greeted walking in and everyone got quiet, it’s really judgy in that store. The females seem very stuck up or disinterested in providing good customer service. I was dressed in shirt, shorts with crocs so I’m not sure if it was the way I looked. Bandera location is so much nicer and friendly/welcoming!

Salon review: I went in for highlights and left with brown hair. It was so disappointing. My stylists said give it time and it will wash out? I called the manager and she was so kind and got me in the following weekend. I ended up with blond highlights at my next appointment but incredibly fried hair. It’s frizzing on the ends beyond anything I’ve experienced except when I was a kid and bleached my own hair with my friends. It’s so fried that I am trimming my own hair to try and correct it.
