I booked an appointment on Sunday for today (Tuesday) with Thais for my daughter, and she called me the morning of the appointment to let me know that unfortunately she didn’t have room to take our appointment. My daughter was looking forward to getting her hair done for back to school. A little more notice would have been nice, now I have to break the news to my daughter. Very upset.

I was helped by Kyra and I feel really lucky she helped me! She is super knowledgeable, nice, patient and really great at shade matching foundation! I'd give her 5/5 stars. She also helped me find dupes for a product I was looking for and gave mascara recommendations. I'm knocking a star down because there were staff members who actively walked away from me when I tried to approach them for help. They later were complaining about when they get off for their shift.

I had a curbside order pick up order that was placed late night after hours. I got notified my order was ready before the store opened. I got to the store right as it opened. Once opened I checked in for curbside pick up. I saw 10 customers walked in and about 5-10 mins later 10 people walked out. I waited 25mins before I decided to walk in.
