Two of us see Lili on a regular basis and we are so very happy and fortunate to know her! Lili is an excellent, experienced stylist (hair color, hair cuts - anything at all!) Additionally, she is a wonderful consultant regarding store products helping clients select the best match to purchase. She truly is client centered - a rare attribute today! I/we highly recommend Lili to any prospective client. Most sincerely.
Very unfortunate experience shopping today. I was looking for perfume. Employee Victoria, grabs the perfume out of the case for me. I asked to see it. She hesitated to hand it to me and said she can put it at the front. I had to ask a second time before she handed it over. I guess she assumed the black girl was going to steal something 🙄. Train your employees better. I will not return.
I went to this ulta location to get a keratin Treatment after a few bad experiences with other stylists in the area. I have thick curly hair and my Stylist Kimbra T. was a breath of fresh air! From the moment I sat in her chair she made me feel welcomed and comfortable. She is extremely knowledgeable and I left feeling almost giddy because my hair looked so good.
