Very unpleasant shopping experience. The reps at the register are lying saying that my telephone number is needed in order to make the purchase for returns. First of all, my receipt has more than enough information regarding my purchase, my phone number is not needed. I will not be shopping at Ulta, I'll be going to Sephora. Shout out to Jimmy at Ulta he's awesome and makeup was on point
I wish the store had a hygiene station. They seem to never restock it and makes my beauty experience very messy. Another downside is that their merchandise is always defected. Makes me wonder if they ever defect them out from inventory. The store itself is pretty organized compared to other stores. I will not be coming to this store again unfortunately .
