I had a bad experience at my local ulta and came here to get help with a shade match. Rae was sooooo helpful and was able to give me an educated guess on what shade i would be and she was spot on!! Everyone here was so helpful <3
Pushy Hispanic lady with the Lancomb foundation agenda made them miss out on a sale today. I had limited time and told both the ladies "helping me" just that. I stated how much I didn't like Lancome but they pushed and pushed for me to try it, which took 10 minutes just to apply and another five minutes to try and persuade me that I did like it.
