I was in this store for over 30 minutes. NOT ONE associate asked if I was doing ok or needed anything. I counted 5 workers that walked right past me. Terrible customer service. I will not be returning to this particular store.
We need more Demonte’s in this world. Probably the best customer service I’ve received in a while even after arriving right before closing.
I’m deeply disappointed by the limited selection of Black hair care products available in your store. Brands like Pattern are gaining popularity and deserve easier in-store access rather than being restricted to online ordering. Frankly, the lack of representation on your shelves feels discriminatory. I urge you not to fall back on the explanation that product availability is solely based on purchase data—many other lesser-used products are stocked consistently despite low demand.
