Clean, courteous and professional staff. My wife and daughter have had the same hair dresser for around 20 years and they are now going to Ulta from now on. Don't get on a long wait list, go to Ulta for the Ultimate experience today!

Love my Ulta store. Every employee is always so awesome to help me find exactly what I need!
When I walked in, the store was practically empty. I walked past 3 employees all huddled together talking. Not one of them said hello or asked if I needed help. Literally 5 minutes later, one of them comes over to me asking if I needed help. She acted as if it was a chore to do so. I wish I got her name, but no name tag...she looked to be in her later 30s, short and Hispanic. I will never waste my time in this store again. Unprofessional employees is a reflection of poor management.
