Very sweet people I got My hair done and it is so pretty
I had someone hack into my account and use my points. Once I was able to recover my account, I saw that the purchase was made at this Ulta. The gentleman who went into my account, used curbside pickup but I’m not sure how he was even able to pick it up. Anytime I have done curbside or in store pickup, I have to show my ID. The order was made in my name, so whatever ID that was shown needed to have my name on it. This Ulta dropped the ball and did not follow through with their verification process. Do better.
