I am SO happy Iris helped me while shopping at Ulta. I explained what I was looking for and she took the time to find me a skin care routine. Suggested products for my skin type, and did explain each product, very knowledgeable. She also recommended some makeup as well. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My mother went into the store. She’s never been to a beauty shop. So with her walking in, she asked a feminine looking male for help thinking he would be nice. Asking about if there was cream or anything to help with loose skin. The male goes “There’s no cream. You’re going to need surgery for that.” She was upset, didn’t say anything else. Walked out. Very unprofessional. Do better.
