I am only giving a good review because the manager made the situation right, and Mekena did an amazing job! I made an appointment to have a full highlight done with Leticia. Appointment was for 1:15, she called after 12 to tell me she couldn’t see me, that Ulta’s online system shouldn’t have let me book with her. She was rude, unprofessional, and un-accommodating. After 8 hours of driving, I decided to come and get pampered. Anahi did NOT disappoint! She just about put me to sleep as she washed my hair. LOL She was perfectly aggressive when scrubbing my scalp. She about made my eyes roll back into my head, if you know…you know! Thanks for the wonderful wash and beautiful blow-out, Anahi!
