Recently I got my hair shampooed by Danielle. She used CECRED Products on me. My hair felt so good. Danielle made me feel very comfortable and was very knowledgeable on her recommendations for me. Looking around, it was very obvious the other stylists here truly care about their clients. It’s obvious they are a great team and love what they do. I would recommend any of them and can not wait to get my hair done here again.
There was one cashier with short curly hair, probably 5 feet tall, likely in her late 40s or early 50s, who was very rude and unprofessional. Fortunately, another staff member stepped in and handled the situation with professionalism, providing a clear and respectful explanation.
I went into this store this afternoon for some pressed powder as I was out. I asked Cheena was the MAC lady available she said no how could I help you . I said I wanted to purchase some pressed powder and proceeded to give her my empty container so she would know what shade I had previously used. She kept walking over to the powered when we got to the powder I have her the container she took it and matched me .
