I recently came in for an updo for a gala and showed Kimberly S a reference photo of the style I wanted. She completed the initial look in about 20 minutes. When she showed me the result, I politely asked if she could tighten the curls to achieve a sleeker finish, which was my main request. The manager Sophia was very pleasant and helpful with my questions about my Ulta rewards. I always receive excellent service with this location every visit. Definitely book a facial with Leila. She is always amazing with her facials, and her knowledge is great.

I came in to return a product that I purchased just last week — unused and in perfect condition. I even showed both my paper receipt and email receipt, clearly proving the purchase and the price I paid. Despite that, the store gave me back less than what I originally paid and told me there was “nothing they could do” to fix it.
