Worst customer service. The staff had more enjoyment talking to one another than they did helping the customers. I went in for perfume and waited because the Floor staff were all talking to each other. The cashiers were working, keeping the line down. Finally, another customer went to get a staff member from the group , And that’s how I finally got some assistance. Not a good look for your brand. If the staff wants to congregate, they need to go out to happy hour after work!

I went to the store at around 7:00 pm and almost everything was sold out so I went to ask an employee if she could check the drawers for me I was standing near her with my sister then she turns around and yells “DO YOU LADYS NEED SOMETHING!” Then I said um yea do you have the MAC lipstick in brickthrough and she yelled “YOU GOTTA HOLD ON I THINK I’M THE ONLY ONE IN THIS STORE RIGHT NOW” and I waited but she never came so I put the rest if my stuff back and left the store.

Please do not book an appt for professional make up service because you will NOT get it. I recently booked a makeup session for a special occasion and it did not go well. The finished "glam" look was horrible. Foundation and concealer was not to my skin tone, eye shadow was extremely dark, eyebrows not shaped and filled. Just not a "glam" look and to pay $100 was even more ridiculous. Ulta is a great choice for other services but NOT makeup.
