They ripped the skin off my 14 year old daughter's eyelid during a brow wax. I have called to complain and have received NO response for 4 days! They suck! Stay away! Dangerous to go there!

I go to Ulta ALL the time. I come here to get regular every day products for my face and lotion. Sometimes they have great deals on products I use regularly, like buy one get the second off. I shop here too much because I am a "platinum customer". This location is clean and overall friendly. They are short staffed sometimes which is annoying because of the long waits. Sometimes they run out of stock on items and they will tell you the day it comes in and it never does... Overall, I go here regularly but I don't trust anythin... read more

Watch out in the salon! $260 was charged to a college student for highlights and a light trim. The outrageous charges were not shared before the work was done, which involved conditioners and glazes. No permission was given for all of this. The cut alone was $60. The highlights were not well done - there were demarkation lines and brassiness that should have been counteracted for this amount of money. Never again!

It is a really nice place with even nicer people. When I first came in I got treaded like a baby and was not taken seriously because of my age. I absolutely hate that. There was a woman who was fallowing me around and saw I picked up the Naked pallet by Urban Decay. I had full intention of buying it, yet she was right behind me for at lest 20 minutes. My hair was butchered here. I NEVER WILL GO BACK! Worst experience I have ever had. It has taken "4 long months" to get it to where I can do anything with it. It is a a mess. I went in with LONG HAIR THEY CUT IT WAY TOO SHORT! ! I showed the hair dresser 3 PICTURES OF ME with the hairstyle I wanted! Also the color I wanted also with pictures of me with that color. The store is laid out so that products are easily located. Would like to see more products from some of my favorite brands. Watch out for Urban Decay - they won't participate in coupon or discounts so when Ulta has one of their fabulous coupons - it won't work with Urban Decay. Other than that - Ulta is a great place to find all of the products you know PLUS the ones you want to try.
