Slow service and incredibly rude staff.
I had a horrific experience yesterday at noon with a root touch-up appointment with Claudia. I asked her to use the formula in the system, but my hair turned out significantly darker than expected. It's apparent she did NOT listen to me and went dark for my entire head which was not the plan and not what we had discussed. During the appointment, the process felt rough, tense, and uncomfortable.
