I’m very disappointed with my experience. I showed up early for my appointment and still waited over 30 minutes past my scheduled time. Then seen I would have to wait even longer because the client before me was unhappy with her haircut and needed it fixed. I understand things can happen, but there was no punctuality or respect for my time. If appointments are scheduled, they should be honored professionally. Overall, I’m unhappy with the service and the lack of time management.
Kheli provided exceptional service during the re-piercing procedure and also performed a haircut. The professionalism exhibited was commendable.🦁
I (an African American woman) walked into Ulta today and was not greeted by the group of employees at the front of the store. A few seconds later some Caucasian women walked in after me and they were immediately greeted and helped. I walked back out. This location is very racist and I’m currently on the phone with corporate to report this incident. Lost a loyal customer.
