Excellent customer service..I found out today my autistic 1 year old loves makeup ..she was being very active in the store lol (supervised) but the service associates and managers were very helpful and patient with assisting me and I really appreciated that..that was above and beyond service..I definitely recommend shopping here for a great helpful experience
Whatever you do, do NOT get your ears pierced here. Both of my daughter’s had their ears pierced and when it was time to remove them, they would NOT come off. I took my first daughter back and they had to have two people try and finally one of the ladies had to rip them out. And they informed us that a lot of people had been having issues getting the earings off so they were sent a tool to use for customers that couldn’t get their’s off (which didn’t work). My daughter and I went to the Conroe Ulta store to look for hair products. She was referred to Cameron for assistance. AMAZING is the only word to describe this walking encyclopedia of hair knowledge!! Knowledge wrapped in helpfulness, professionalism and a great sense of witty self-deprecating humor!!
