Absolutely abominable service in the makeup department. I normally buy online but I went in person because it’s daylight and I’m trying to color match; six people standing around and not a single person approached me. There was a girl in pink working on her own makeup though, so they were perhaps otherwise occupied. The second star is because Lizzy in perfumes assisted me the other day and she was phenomenal. I did not see her today or I would’ve gone to her for assistance. I recommend purchasing online or going to Sephora.
We love this Ulta store because everyone is so helpful & the store is always clean & well maintained (great selections, testers available, swatch cleaners, etc). Today we tried the salon for the 1st time & were so happy. Sydnie gave my daughter a back to school cut that was exactly what she wanted. Sydnie complemented her hair, asked questions, told us about other services & just made my daughter feel so comfortable & special. We can’t wait to come back & also try new services.
