Had the sweetest encounter with one of the employees today. It started pouring rain while I was shopping, when I finished I was waiting outside with my little one in a stroller hoping for it to let up. The loveliest lady (I didn't catch her name) came out with her umbrella, and walked us to our car. I am so grateful for her act of kindness!
I've gotten my hair done twice here in the last 6 weeks by the same girl. I've been pretty disappointed. She is slow at work, inattentive, and today her salon station was covered in 3 half empty water bottles which stayed there the entire 3 hour appointment. Would love to follow up on this.
I went around 8pm and was greeted at the door, i love how it is a low stimulating environment they provide and even still ask me if i need any help. Very respectful workers yall have
