Bri is amazing! My grandmother needed a different foundation after she found out that the one she's been using for the last 10+ years is getting discontinued. She's very particular about what she wants and wanted to see a few different options but Bri was very sweet and patient. We ended up leaving with something that she is excited to try!
They don’t price match their own website I have to download the app and place an online order just to receive the item not only that the employee relays that it’s going to take 2 hours to retrieve 1 item after I submitted the order (lemme sleep gummies) I place my order at 5:23 pm tell me why it’s already been two hours close the store is about to close at 8pm and I still don’t have my item that I paid for terrible service for something that could just been price matched with that price that was on Ulta.com
