I have gone multiple times and always leave frustrated or upset by the customer service. I want to give benefit of doubt, but every single time I check out employees are talking and not helping to check out. Today when checking out with Layla, I typed in a number to see if I had an account, when it didn’t have one Layla asked me for my name. I’ve always had a great experience at this location, but today takes the cake! I had my eight-year-old son with me, and he had just received his first ever medal for a fundraiser at school. He was so proud and excited to show it off and wanted to wear it into the store. He showed it to a group of four different workers and they were so incredibly sweet. I’m not sure what has happened to this store since I was there in November. It used to be clean, efficient and the staff was friendly. I was there this weekend and it is back to being the disorganized mess it used to be. Staff basically ignored me and I heard them discussing other staff members nand customers rudely. I left and headed straight to Sephora.
