The unfriendliest staff ever! It’s almost intimidating to go in. I barely got a “hi” when I went in but whatever, that’s fine. No one helped me find what I needed despite a group of employees literally hanging out in a circle in one of the isles. A couple of them made eye contact with me but that was about it. Supervisor typed the wrong email address on my account with 3 typos trying to prove a point that was sketchy and naive after I clearly stated the email and she read it back correctly but in the system as I looked on the pad to check I noticed she inputted the wrong email after a return I tried to make with a incompetent associate that got confused and wrung up my purchase wrong.

i’m not super knowledgeable about makeup, but Brooklyn helped me out so much! (i didn’t know how to spell her name so i’m sorry if i misspelt it) she was very considerate about my budget and what i wanted, and helped me choose a whole set of makeup and give me advice on what i should use! and she was also very quick to find what i needed too :) thank you so much♡
