I had this lady Carmen help me tonight and she was the absolute sweetest!!!!! She really took time with me to learn about my skin type, what makeup will help with the look I was trying to achieve, and how to apply. But most importantly she made me feel beautiful even without having makeup on. She was the type of helpful and sweet that wasn’t just about making a sale but felt truly genuine. I think every Ulta staff needs a sales lesson from her.

Lady didn’t even try to pierce my daughter ears she gave up quickly or she didn’t help me at all she wouldn’t even let me calm my daughter down to get her a bottle or anything like do u job lady 🙄 ya babies are hard to do understandable but u didn’t attempt to try
