I’ve gotten my hair done 2 times here both times the color lifted made my hair damaged then went in for a color match and the color lifted and made my hair dry and I’m losing a ridiculous amount of hair
Pretty basic Ulta. Didn’t have what I came for tho, and no one asked if I needed help, nor was a greeted by anyone. Have to doc a star for that.
