Very helpful salesperson
Candance was absolutely amazing! I booked a cut and silk press and she had me walking out feeling like a new woman! She was very knowledgeable and gave the BEST head scrub! Her hands are definitely blessed and she knows what she’s doing! My hair felt so smooth and healthy when I left! I wish I could give her way more stars because she deserves it.
It's pretty tough to shop for cosmetics when the store is so hot. It's easily 80+ degrees in the store, with fans placed throughout. Are they not allowed to run the AC? Does it not work? If I was miserable for the 20 mins I was in there, I can't imagine what it's like for the employees there all day. It's hot and humid here in SETX, the last thing I want to do is sweat while I shop for products to put on my skin. C'mon Ulta, cool it off in there for a more pleasant shopping experience.
