I have come to this store twice. Both times I have had questionable experiences. The customer service is garbage!!To be honest, I feel as there is some sort of racist undertone here. Yes, I am a black woman. The first visit, there was no acknowledgement when I walked in. Perfect for beauty
I love love Ulta, it doesn’t matter which location I go to, they have great employees. I was just at this location in Southlake and everyone was so helpful and sweet.
