Staff member didn't want to cancel my order over the phone- went as far as saying they can't. Meanwhile I'm standing in a different Ulta location (Glade Parks) during the phone call where they are hearing the conversation and confirming that is not true. Reluctantly they put me on the phone with a manager when I challenged the refusal. Manager attempts to apologize and says they will process the cancel and refund. I used to always get my brows done at Ulta Brow Bars and was super disappointed to have two back to back negative experiences there. My second to last appointment was with their designated brow specialist and I wasn’t very happy with the job done. This last visit, I chose someone else and while she was very nice, she completely ripped off my skin and has left me with a noticeable scab under my brow.
