Ulta is a store I usually pop into about once a year, mostly when I'm looking for something specific like a hair product or a new nail polish. I've never had a bad experience. The staff is friendly, the store is organized, and I can always find what I came for. It's not my go-to beauty destination, but it's reliable and consistent, which I appreciate.
Staff member didn't want to cancel my order over the phone- went as far as saying they can't. Meanwhile I'm standing in a different Ulta location (Glade Parks) during the phone call where they are hearing the conversation and confirming that is not true. Reluctantly they put me on the phone with a manager when I challenged the refusal. Manager attempts to apologize and says they will process the cancel and refund.
