Ulta at the Loop has a new girl on the block! Spent the afternoon with Michele Seng- more like Michele Zen! I was having a whirlwind of a week, and didn’t really know what I wanted, but she’s so sweet and kind and calm. She really listened and asked questions to make sure we were on the same page, so she could make my vision a reality. I went to Ulta today for a haircut. Michelle was the stylist. I am an older woman with thin hair. Michelle did a wonderful job cutting and styling my hair. She took her time and listened to what I wanted. I definitely will be back.

Uncomfortable experience. An employee named Alexandra followed me around the store and stared at me while I was shopping. I wasn’t doing anything wrong and it made me feel very unwelcome.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I was at Ulta around closing time (8 PM) with my sister when an employee politely told the manager she wanted to purchase some items before the register closed. Instead of responding professionally, the manager snapped at her and said, “IT’S A PRIVILEGE TO SHOP HERE.” The way she said it was extremely harsh and rude.
