Extremely Unprofessional Salon Experience I’ve given Ulta Salon multiple chances, and I’m beyond disappointed. They are constantly playing with your time. Appointments get rescheduled or changed last minute with little to no notice, and when you try to address it, the manager does absolutely nothing to resolve the issue.
