KENZY THE CASHIER WAS VERY RUDE AND MADE ME FEEL VERY UNCOMFORTABLE LOOKING AT ME LIKE IF IM TRASH AND ASKED HER TWO TIMES DO I HAVE REWARDS THE FIRST TIME SHE IGNORE ME THEN THE SECOND TIME SHE FINALLY ACKNOWLEDGED ME I FEEL LIKE THEY NEED TO IMPROVE CUSTOMER SKILLS BECAUSE I GO AND WASTE ALOT OF MONEY HERE TO BE TREATED NASTY BY THEIR CASHIER KENZY !

I came in earlier this week looking to shop for myself and my 12 year old daughter. A kind associate named Malaika greeted me very sweetly and helped me build a routine for myself from start to finish. She sat with me for over an hour and helped me find exactly what worked for my skin! She was so knowledgeable on everything and curated an amazing makeup + skincare routine. I had an amazing experience at Ulta Beauty thanks to Athena! She was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed. She took the time to recommend products that suited me and even gave me great tips on how to use them. Her customer service was top-notch, and I truly appreciate their patience and enthusiasm. I’ll definitely be back thanks to their wonderful assistance!
