My best friend and I were color matched by Chanel, and she delivered taaaalent, amazing customer service, and a safe and happy environment to shop. Thank you, Chanel for an amazing shopping experience.
Carmina was wonderful—kind, patient, and professional. Unfortunately, her manager (the black lady with noticeable tattoos down the back of her neck) was the opposite. She was rude, dismissive, and argued with me over a sale that should have been honored immediately. I had to walk back through the store with her multiple times to point it out before she finally agreed. Even then, she acted like I was wrong, “honored” it with an attitude, and walked away without saying a word. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
Unacceptable service with the hair salon. Cannot respect and hold appointment times. This is a business, but they deterred my business. I'm such a fantastic tipper and was unable to even show my support. It's just that, time is so valuable and they had zero respect for mine. Would rate a zero if this was an option. So unprofessional
