Got a perm was quoted $108.00 Most stylists trim the ends after perm to get frayed ends . I was not told I would be charged in addition to the $108 an additional $57 for dusting in a couple of spots. Manager was not willing to keep me as a regular customer which I have been monthly for other services. I didn't receive any additional style or blow out. Terrible customer service.

I usually enjoy shopping at Ulta Beauty because the staff is attentive and helpful, but this Winter Garden location was very disappointing. Despite several employees walking around the store, not a single one offered assistance or even acknowledged me. It felt like customer service was not a priority here at all. I ended up going to Sephora instead, and the experience was completely different—the staff there was welcoming, helpful, and attentive. I will likely avoid this Ulta location in the future.

Wonderful customer service most times except the last time I went the store was under refurbishment and the staff was extremely rude communication that. Why even have the door unlocked if no one can go in? It is easy to be kind and simply communicate that to a customer without having to be rude.
