There was a time when going to Ulta was a fun experience. This location is the worse. There is no customer service whatsoever. The employees treat customers as if they don't matter. Just make a transaction and keep going. No smiles. No willingness to really assist. I'm a breast cancer survivor and I was looking forward to buying all new items to help make myself feel beautiful again but from this experience I wound up leaving with nothing.

Yeah the Ulta store is great , they’ll help you spend all your money which I’m fine to do because I love Ulta. But when you need to speak to customer service through the customer service phone number it’s a whole different ball game to where it doesn’t even make spending money in that store worth it for me anymore.
