Shop with Tyson, he is FABULOUS and very informative!
Terrible! Nothing is organized. I spent 10 minutes sorting through the sample foundations to find one that correspond with the lable on the display. 3 employees were huddled together having what seemed to be a very enjoyable conversation amongst themselves. Customer service at this particular store is awful.
Just one register for such a big store. A large and slow moving line, with people cutting it and no staff member to better organize it. We have been to much better Ulta Beauty stores in other places, this one is just below any standard of quality and service.
Unprofessional and rude service from Esther and Jaquan. I waited 20 minutes for a manager just to be told they don’t price match — something Esther could have explained immediately. Jaquan’s attitude was just as poor as their HR standards. Dismissive, unprofessional, and a complete waste of my time.
