This is the worst Ulta location I’ve ever been to. This isn’t my first bad experience here. The first time I came to pick up an online order, I was told at the counter that part of my order had been canceled, even though the app showed it was ready for pickup. No one notified me in advance, and the attitude I received was disappointing. Today, I picked up another order, and it contained completely wrong items under my name. I’m disgusted with the way I was treated at your store in Aventura on Biscayne blvd. I was trying to purchase items with my Ulta card and the card wouldn’t let me despite the fact I have enough credit, over $700 credit for a $225 purchase. The salesman kept saying he didn’t know why it was happening and to try again. After 10 minutes and trying 4 times, the operations manager walked by and said that the card marks purchases over $200 as fraudulent and I should check my texts. I checked and it solved the problem.
