I purchased 2 antiage creams one of them smells bad was expired,the other one didn't work on top was stocked, one cream was on sale the guy charged me full price both went to check it he fixed the price, I was so frustrated I have to back to returned this products,I never ever come back again to this place.

I was there shopping for someone else. I never shopped there before and Nick who works there was a god sent, he helped me with everything I needed and he showed extra effort and I really appreciate it, I go to many stores and he by far has some of the best customer service skills. Do NOT go to Ulta for highlights unless you want your hair completely ruined. This is one of the most unprofessional and careless salons I have ever dealt with. I went in for highlights for my son’s graduation and ended up with absolute disaster hair. The stylist (Angelika or Angelina) clearly had no idea what she was doing and completely damaged my hair.
