“Manager” with black hair does not want to work, I asked for help 2 times and she would simply say they didn’t have the product after looking and looking I found the product. Really rude manager not wanting to work or help. Made me so upset.
Manager Melanie at Kendallgate wasn’t able to have emphaty and wasn’t able to help with an online order, I show bar code of my order, my id in a picture and she wasn’t able to understand I was traveling and didn’t have my physical information at the store left in luggage and have to leave the store without my order because she wasn’t able to assist with the information provided, WONT GO TO THAT STORE NEVER!!!!!
