I love shopping at Ulta and have always enjoyed their products, but today’s visit was disappointing. I asked about a shimmer hair spray and was told they didn’t know if they carried it. After walking all over the store with the employee, my son found it online and confirmed they did have it but even then, the staff struggled to locate it. Ramon is absolutely amazing! He really cared about the health of my hair and was super gentle with it. I got the curl bond treatment and he did such a wonderful job! I am in love with my hair again! He also recommended me products and showed me techniques to do at home to better care for my hair. I had the best salon experience with Ramon and he is such a vibe~ I recommend booking with him!
Went at 830 they close at 9. It’s very large so give yourself time to go around the whole store. Great selections and very friendly when needed a perfume or help. Found everything I needed and I think prices match the quality.
