Ordered online for store pickup with a free gift, but the gift was missing and customer service gave inconsistent answers and wouldn’t honor what was originally promised. The only reason this is 2 stars instead of 1 is because the in-store employee who helped me was genuinely kind and tried to assist, otherwise their customer service is a joke!
