Scheduled make up (soft glam) and hair style with Bailey! Everyone was nice, while I was waiting because I was early workers asked if I needed help! Good vibes for sure and Bailey did an amazing job!!
Had an appointment with the stylist Jessica, and was so kind. She gave an in depth consultation before my service and did everything in her power to give the best experience. She was insanely open to criticism and preference and did everything to make my experience a good one. I had a wonderful time.
Everytime I come here and use a gift card the employee never know how to get them to process. They end up calling a manager or someone else.. either train your staff or get gift cards that work. Takes forever for them to process. What is the problem ??? They have a useless 2 car curbside that they allow people to just park and go Kirkland or other stores. While actual curbside has no way to utilize it. Get rid of that too. Just all around useless . Sephora is better
