Poor customer service! I went in to purchase a black-owned skincare line (which of course they did not carry). Me and my sister were quickly dismissed after asking one associate if they carried it. A quick no. No checking. I asked another associate and she went off to check and see. After 5 minutes I walked over toward her to only find her showing a product to another customer. This is unacceptable in regards to customer service. Simply saying “oh I’m sorry we do not carry that line due to demand” would have been great.

Everyone from the associates to the manager were so helpful. In the future I might come to this location over the Dr Phillips one. Shelly helped me right away and was so sweet. Mila was amazing and helped me pick out some amazing skincare products. She really knows what she's talking about. To top everything off I had Janay at the register helping me out. She introduced me to some makeup I had never seen! She helped me pick out the perfect gift and was so patient. I would definitely just drive to this location instead.
