Worst haircut by Bradley. 1st time experience with his lack of knowledge. Haircut authenticity is a 7 year old juvenile lacking in skill. His craft is poor. I was a hairdresser for 10 years! He said he knew how to cut Stephen's original haircut on me since Stephen passed away. Unfortunately I tipped Bradley $20. Haircut blow-dry was $68. Horrible don't go. Tried to deny the charge on my debit card. Crappy Salon at its sorriest point in time. Ends my relationship with that part of the Ulta Store.

Great experience at the salon with colorist Allison. My copper colored hair was grown out grey at the sides, white on the top red at the ends -- in short a mess. She gave me a beautiful ash blond, no 'lines' between colors. Nice job!
9/26/25: Imagine dreading going to this location and then being pleasantly surprised. Today's experience at Ulta brought my rating from 1 star to 5. First, the associate Markie was super helpful and pleasant he helped me locate 5 items and gave me useful information when I inquired about a product. This was a completely different experience from the one below about a year ago. The associate that helped me checkout also helped me update my account information.
