Shelby was absolutely a gem! I was so frustrated with my skin and instead of just dumping product suggestions she took the time out of her day to explain the reasons as to why my skin has been acting the way it has. I didn’t realize over exfoliating has such ramifications. She then selected products for me to help with and explained how the products worked on a chemical reaction level so I knew what I was getting into. I had an uncomfortable experience at this location. When I tried to approach an employee to show her a picture of what I was looking for, she immediately stepped back and gestured for me to stay away. It was surprising and made me feel unwelcome. I hope the staff receives better training on how to approach and assist customers respectfully.

Had formal makeup done by Audrey for a wedding yesterday and she did amazing. It’s my first time getting my makeup done and was very nervous, she did such a great job. My makeup stayed on all day and night, even after dancing all night!! Definitely recommend her for you makeup needs.

Shelby is amazing. She is very knowledgeable and has great advice and recommendations. I’ve been to ulta plenty of times and no one has ever explained my skin type as well as Shelby. Thank you so much! Ulta, you guys have a gem!
