I don't usually write reviews but a special shout out to Jennifer for her patience and knowledge while I try to find something for my spouse. Though it was a bit uncomfortable for me she made it easy for me to navigate and find what I was looking for. She is a truly one of a kind and her customer service is top tier!
I was in the store for the second time and i was helped by veronica she made my experince so pleasant im so gtateful to her and because of her i will be back
Front desk help was rude. You would think spending over $100 for hair products would be pleasant. I was wrong. The young girl was helpful the older one could not be bothered. She is not doing your company any credit.
Not a great experience in salon. Had to wait past appointment time. She put a protein treatment on my hair which I didn’t ask for. I wanted a deep conditioner. They’re two different things. Then proceeded to give me a bad haircut and the worst blow out I’ve ever had. She also put absolutely no product on my hair other than a little Moroccan oil. I wouldn’t recommend.
My daughter got her hair cut and styled with Kellie, she did an amazing job. She listened to what my daughter wanted and also gave her professional advice. Will be a returning Client
