Weak customer service.
Have to agree, staff is not very friendly or helpful.
Great customer service. The Clinique stand was fantastic and the staff went out of their way to help me and my sister.
Staff is always rude. Univ and SRQ location. Sephora staff don't show how much they hate their lives so go there instead of ulta.
