Waited over two weeks for a big appointment for them to cancel on me on the day of! Just disgusting and unbelievable. All the good people left, and honestly I see why now. Guess it’s time to find a new permanent salon cause this place ain’t it. How unprofessional.
I have been going to the Ulta brow bar every 4-5 weeks for several years now. I get my eyebrows tinted and waxed. Joelle is awesome! You can make and edit appointments online if needed. You get a text and phone call reminder a few days before your appointment.
Does this location give “you can’t sit with us”? Because same. Sephora is just across the plaza!
Cashier was kinda rude very short, n kinda tossed bag at my daughter, we didn't even talk she said nothin.. Just next. But we like the products n people are usually nice.
