The store manager was extremely rude. My sister and I went to return a product, which we purchased at Sephora, but thought it was at Ulta, the cashier in turn was very polite about the confusion we had, but the store manager who was there also, “trying to help” went straight to the other employees to gossip about what happened, going so bold to them, looking at us, and pointing at us like we were not looking at them. It’s the weirdest thing, but my last two experiences at this specific location have been really offputting. A few weeks ago, one cashier just kind of took my phone out of my hand to scan my e-gift card, which I thought was odd and as someone who works in retail, I’d never do that without asking. And this week when I went in, the cashier was somewhat rude and when I was on the floor looking for a product several workers walked past me without a word so I basically had to find the product myself.
