Way better than the greece location. Bigger and better stocked. The employees here are very helpful and kind. Also from my previous experiences, the cashiers never seems to take forever (even when there’s only one but usually they have 2 cashiers).
Went an hour before closing, checked their posted hours, waving us away with a smile and a thumbs up as they lock the door… just a great waste of time, update your hours thanks!
Save your time and just go to the Pittsford plaza location. I went into the Henrietta.location today and wanted to buy a 3.3oz bottle of the Gucci Flora perfume that I know I love. There were 3 or 4 employees or sales people who entirely ignored me when I said I liked the Gucci perfume, and instead started shoving smelly cards of awful John Paul Gauthier scents at me trying to convince me or my boyfriend to buy them instead. Congrats on the lost sale!
I feel the need to give a great big shoutout to Angela and Nasha at the Ulta Store in Pittsford, NY. They literally saved the day! I traveled from out of state for a family wedding only to realize that when we arrived, I had forgotten to bring my makeup. All of it, including my perfume! What was a girl to do in a pinch?
