So, I give this shopping experience a solid two. I love ulta and normally use the Batavia location and have a great experience however, i decided to go out of my comfort zone and go to Henrietta. Immediately upon walking in I am bombarded with a very friendly honestly scary greeter who is trying to ask me what im looking for today and wants to engage in conversation. I had a horrible experience at this store recently. I went in to make an appointment to learn how to do make up but I stood at the desk for 25 mins waiting for someone to acknowledge that I was waiting. After 25 mins of waiting to ask questions I left disappointed with my two little kids because they were done with waiting too. Poor customer service and will not be returning.

Today I got a hair treatment from Rachel N for the first time. She was so kind and when she provided my service she educated me on products and what will work with my hair. We talked about continued treatment and hair goals. She is very good at what she does and is so passionate. I shop here a lot and always have a great experience at this store in general.
