Horrible experience, had a pick up order and had my babies with me in car seats, I tried to do curbside pick up and there was no sign for it- apparently this sign (photo) is for curbside pick up. I had to go in with my babies because other guests where using the parking spot as a 15minute parking for browsing and shopping (I know I would do that too with this type of sign), also not to mention the bad customer service i received. Will not shop here anymore.
If I could give it a zero I would. Customer service is awful there. Went to the sale rack and the employees, they didn't know if things were in the right spot. I came in there looking for a good sale on makeup or nails. Offered 40% off on two products because they were in the wrong spot. I agreed went up to pay and they changed their minds. Ended up finding out the products were on sale. At that time I was fed up with their confusion. And I had left in disappointment.
Took my GF to Ulta for her very first time and had a great experience the staff are extremely helpful and patient
Very nice clean tidy and organized store wjth friendly staff ready to help you out if you need anything
