I love shopping here. I always look for Nikiru (Ulta associate). She is always super genuine and helpful. She understands brown skin so well. If you ever need help, do ask for her
I cannot recommend Rachel enough! Not only is she an extremely creative and artistic stylist who always does exactly what I want, but her customer service is absolutely stupendous. Recently, she had a fully booked schedule, yet she went out of her way to fit in a last-minute haircut for my daughter, who is getting married soon. It was a huge favor, and she did a superb job. Fantastic store with very helpful staff. Keira Donoho definitely stood out for helping me find the perfect foundation for my skin tone. From makeup, hair dyers to skin care routine and more Ulta Beauty is well stocked and is the perfect one stop shop for all your beauty needs. You will definitely not be ignored as there are ample staff willing to help and to point you in the right direction. Plenty of parking is available.
Dylan was miserable to my me and my wife. She acted like my wife using her points was a giant inconvenience and then asked for my wife’s photo ID without explaining that it was needed if she wanted to use over $50 in points. When we asked why she needed to see it, she sighed repeatedly and acted annoyed that she had to explain it us. Can’t wait for the Pittsford location to open. I have hopes they will be more polite.
