Went to the Ulta salon to get my blonde a couple of shades lighter. Never once have I had a bad experience using the Ulta salon in multiple locations (NY, CA, and TN) until yesterday. I’ve always trusted Ulta for my beauty purchases, especially for higher-end products like Estée Lauder Double Wear, which I’ve used for years. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was concerning. I purchased my usual foundation, brought it home, and immediately noticed the bottle had visible wear (faded lettering, dents, residue around the cap). Was looking everywhere for a men's mini cologne set. Walked and searched the store and found it. It was a set my grandson asked for. I was so happy to find it!
The manager Kristin is incredible! She went above and beyond to help me! She was so kind and during my time shopping in the store I also saw her helping so many customers and members of the staff. I will definitely make sure to come back to this location since she made it a wonderful experience. Thank you Kristin!!
