I came in to pick up my birthday freebie, and the associate who helped me gave me such a wonderful experience. She was incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming. This was honestly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had since moving to the U.S. She made me feel so comfortable and happy during such a short visit. I’ll definitely be coming back — and I hope I get to see her again!
I had a very disappointing experience at the Ulta Beauty Salon with the stylist Alisa. Before my appointment, I scheduled a consultation because I understand that color and bleach services often require a strand test, especially on previously treated hair. I’ve left 2 five star reviews for Ulta because I genuinely think they deserve it. I’ve been severely lonely coming home from college, and the only form of interaction I really receive beside work is coming here to talk with the employees who help me find everything I need. They may not know it, but their kindness, patience, and willing to help me truly does more for me then they think.
I had such an amazing experience at this Ulta thanks to Kayla! She helped me find everything I needed so quickly and made the whole shopping experience stress-free and enjoyable. She was unbelievably polite, patient, and knowledgeable, and answered every question I had with such a positive attitude.
