I walked around for almost 20 minutes looking at beauty products and nobody approached me and asked did I need help or anything. I needed help and nobody was even around to assist, you literally had to go and find someone then when they are done assisting a customer they act like they don’t see you in there as well looking around confused so based off my experience I will not be returning to this location ever nor recommending this location.

I had a very disappointing experience at Ulta Beauty today (03/03/2026). I went in to return a product and the cashier (a woman wearing a bright pink hat) treated me very rudely and dismissively. When I asked if she could throw away the bag I brought the item in, she refused in a very unfriendly way. I also asked for my receipt to be printed, but she refused and said it would only be sent to my email. As a Latina customer, the interaction made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I recently got my hair done at this Ulta's salon and I was extremely disappointed with the whole experience. This was my first time ever trying an Ulta salon and I was excited to try it out. Unfortunately when I arrived my hair stylist wasn't fully ready due to working on someone else. Which I completely understand and I was very patient. I was in the store for ~30 min and not a single employee asked me if I needed help. The store seems dirty and the lack of good customer service is disappointing, will not be going back!
