The salon is extremely unprofessional especially to those who have been long time clients. Earlier this year I set up an appointment 2 months in advanced for May to be seen by Luke who I have seen for many years. Out of the blue I get a call that I am to confirm my appointment with Jordyn . If you need a new hairstylist RUN to go see Jordan!!!!! I have been her client for over 10 years and she is amazing 🤩 whether I want to keep the same thing or change it up she is willing to do it and does it beautifully! She is incredibly knowledgeable in her job and all the products as well! She is a great person who cares about her clients and will make them feel like a million bucks when they leave her chair!!!!!

First time getting my hair done at an Ulta salon - Jordan did a wonderful job! My hair went from feeling like literal straw to the softest it’s ever been. I’ve been trying to find a new hair stylist for a while and have received disparaging comments at other salons. I have walked out looking crazy with wet hair because I have “too much hair” for a simple blow dry.
