Very disappointed with Ulta’s customer service. Unhelpful, rude, and seemed uninterested in solving my issue. Would not recommend.
My shout out goes to the lady at the front desk tonight who was by herself! Eventually what seemed like a manage (blue hair) came up to help but she was so disrespectful to the other associate who was just trying to help a customer. Her tone towards her fellow employee was disrespectful and seen by others in line. She was simply trying to find the makeup piece the customer was requesting. STOLEN ORDER - I went in around 7 PM to pick up an online order and also bought $100 worth of hair products. I informed the cashier, Stacey, that I had an online pickup. While distracting me with a pushy pitch for the Ulta credit card, she clearly tossed my pickup item in the trash. I didn’t realize until I got home and had to drive back before they closed.
