If I could give less than a star, I would. I went for a cut/color in the salon and got the worst style ever. I asked for 5 inches off and she took 10. I asked for my natural brown and got black. And you call yourself a salon manager? Please ladies (and gents), save your hair and go elsewhere.

Mara is the only reason to consider going here to get your hair done. The rest of the stylists are completly rude and incompetent. If Mara were to leave I would never even consider going here again. Since seeing her my hair has never looked better or been in such good condition! If you do go here and don't see Mara you will be completely unhappy and they do not care one bit about yourr satisfaction.

My wife and I went to Ulta because we had heard their hair stylists were very good, and because our current ones were incovenient. We had our hair done by the same stylist, Saida, and we both said it was one of the best cuts/styles we'd had in a LONG time. We will absolutely go back!
I would not recommend going to the salon. It is SO overpriced. I was charged $50 for a basic trim. I didn't even have the woman blow dry my hair and she still charged me that much. I will NEVER go back there.
I get the impression the stylist are mistreated. The manager is a slave driver. She is big and loud. My stylist told me she hadnt had a break all day and then fainted and EMS was called. This makes me sick! The Beastly Blonde really needs to go!
The girls that work there are extremely rude! Also they do not stand behind there work, if they dont do your hair the way you asked, or if you are unhappy with something they will blame it on your hair or on you. Prepare to be very unhappy if you get your hair done there, also for the high prices they have your getting such bad quality!!!
