Mya was incredibly helpful and a delight to interact with! I had no idea what I was looking for and she helped me through the whole process, including colour matching. The staff here in general was wonderful, as well as the selection. I'll definitely be back.

After this last experience i will never return to this Ulta. Employees were far too busy taking pictures of themselves on the sales floor and talking to one another. Lancôme has been my go to for skin care but their representative was the most unprofessional and unpleasant individual i’ve ever met (i don’t know how you let someone like that be a representative!)

Checkout was a maze that was not handicap friendly. Cashier was not helpful and rude.
