This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at Ulta. I come here often and usually enjoy shopping here, and I’m a loyal Dimond member, i always shop there and spend alotta money and never had any issues !! but the cashier named BAILEY was shockingly rude and unprofessional. She had an extremely hostile attitude, raised her voice at me, and even dropped our items without apologizing. I had a very unpleasant experience with a cashier named Bailey today. I came in simply to exchange an item and use my rewards with separate transactions. Instead of helping, the cashier seemed annoyed and treated me very rudely. At one point, she even threw the items I was planning to buy onto the floor, which was very disrespectful considering I was spending over $100. Cashier **bailey** acted like I was bothering her while I was getting checked out for my birthday gift , no smile no have a good day nothing, just rude. Maybe she was having a bad day but still bad customer service as a cashier.
