They had a sign that was expired still out and told me they could not honor it. Disappointed! Their fault for leaving it out past the date!!

This was my first time in this store. When I walked in and no one greeted me, that should have been a red flag for me. All the employees were huddled up talking and once I started walking towards them everybody scattered towards the back without asking if I needed anything. I was the only customer for a moment and no one seemed to be busy. I had the worst tape-in extension service! I want to start by saying as an African American woman, it’s extremely hard to find a professional who can actually do our hair! About 8 weeks ago, I booked services here inquiring about tape-ins! (I've had them plenty of times, so I am aware of the process and how to take care of them.) I go through the consultation, and the stylist tells me that she can do this service combined with a keratin treatment to help with maintaining my straightened hair.
