LIARS :((((( This Ulta has a great selection, and I will probably be returning for future purchases; however, I just want to share a disturbing experience I had. There are very important details to this situation. On 7/2 I came into the store to purchase 2 specific items form redken. Attached to the shelf was a 20% off coupon for redken. I asked the hairstylist to cut a V shaped layer and she did a wide U shape. I even showed her the picture of the haircut. This is second time they did it.
Customer service sucks they are rude and slow and don’t want to work
Denied my birthday reward although another location told me they can manually pull it up if the system isn’t working.
