Denied my birthday reward although another location told me they can manually pull it up if the system isn’t working.

Just Yesterday I came to this location with my mother and experienced the worst customer service ever. Literally no one wanted to help…especially this associate named Kathy when asked if there was a serum in stock and if not what other locations carried them her exact words were, “I don’t know I don’t have a device on me you can find someone else that does” ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE…she didn’t even want to take the time to suggest using the App which would have been an obvious alternative. I haven’t bought perfume in awhile I asked one of the workers when did Gucci bloom intense come out the person said a year ago I wasn’t thinking to use google. Moral of the story is you don’t have to lie it’s either the person wants the product or doesn’t. When you’re honest it brings a better atmosphere when you lie it does the total opposite.By the way Gucci bloom intense was released in 2023.
