Excellent service for on line order pick up. Separate line for o. Liners
Went there today to shop with my daughter for her birthday. And I have to say Sonia was hands down the sweetest, kindest employee I’ve meet. Hands down if it wasn’t for her I would have walked out. No one besides her greeted us asked us if we needed help. Sonia SAVED the day, thank you for helping my kiddo and her first ulta experience
Got a couple items told the lady about how I’ve been loving these products and she ignores me talking to her coworker and then I asked if I can use rewards she said okay and then doesn’t use them or listened to me her name I believe was jasmine? Ruined my day real fast unfortunately
I love Ulta! My stylists, Brittany always does an amazing job on my hair. She is great with color and knows exactly what I need to make my hair healthy & beautiful.
